A jury convicted Ronald Hoennicke of twelve counts of Unlawful Sexual Contact Second Degree. Sentenced to six years in prison, Hoennicke now appeals his conviction. He contends that the applicable statute of limitations bars his prosecution or, alternatively, that the State presented insufficient evidence to sustain a guilty verdict.
