The defendant-appellant, Keene Thomas ("Thomas"), appeals from his Superior Court convictions of Trafficking in Heroin, Possession with Intent to Deliver a Narcotic Schedule I Controlled Substance, and Possession of a Non-Narcotic Schedule I Controlled Substance.
