JACOBS, Justice:

Mark Rivera ("Rivera"), the defendant below, appeals from a Superior Court final judgment of conviction for first-degree murder.2 On appeal, Rivera claims that the Superior Court erroneously denied his motion to suppress evidence found during a search of a motor vehicle, and improperly restricted his psychiatric expert witness' testimony at trial. We find no merit to these claims...
