This action involves a dispute over Delaware uninsured motorist ("UM") benefits. Aneita Patterson is a Delaware resident who was injured while driving her automobile in New Jersey. A New Jersey resident, Jean Armstrong, was at fault for the collision. Patterson filed a claim against Armstrong's insurance carrier, Allstate. Allstate denied the claim. Patterson then brought this action for uninsured motorist benefits against her Delaware...
