Defendant-Appellant Emanuel Turner appeals from his Superior Court convictions at a bench trial for assault second degree, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony ("PFDCF") and possession of a firearm by a person prohibited ("PFPP"). Turner raises two arguments on appeal.
