Tyrone Guy ("Guy"), the defendant below, appeals from the Superior Court's denial of his Rule 61 motion for post-conviction relief. Guy was convicted of First Degree Murder, First Degree Felony Murder, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Attempted First Degree Robbery, and Conspiracy.
