The defendant-appellant, Howard E. Woodlin ("Woodlin"), was indicted on one count of Rape in the First Degree, one count of Dangerous Crime Against a Child, three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, one count of Unlawful Sexual Contact in the First Degree, one count of Incest, and two counts of Indecent Exposure in the First Degree.
