The defendant-appellant, Andre Blake ("Blake"), was arrested and subsequently charged with Murder in the First Degree, Attempted Murder in the First Degree, Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited, eight counts of First Degree Reckless Endangerment, and ten counts of Possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony.
