This is a consolidated appeal from a Family Court order terminating Katrina R. Stewart's1 ("Mother") parental rights and denying Mother's Aunt, Jennifer Stuart ("Stuart"), and Mother's mother's, Rhonda Stevens ("Stevens"), respective petitions for guardianship of Stewart's children (the "children").
