The defendant-appellant, Gregory F. Robinson ("Robinson"), appeals from a final judgment of conviction entered by the Superior Court. Robinson was found guilty of one count of Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Person Prohibited ("PDWPP") under title 11, section 1448(a)(3) of the Delaware Code. Robinson appeals on two grounds.
