In this appeal we consider whether the Court of Chancery abused its discretion by entering a default judgment and other sanctions against appellants. The trial court entered several discovery orders, which appellants did not obey. The court then ordered appellants to pay appellees' reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in compelling discovery.
