Joyce O'Neal, as Administrator of the Estate of Elizabeth Reader, appeals from a Superior Court order granting State Farm's motion for summary judgment. After drinking several beers and smoking crack cocaine, Reader embarked on a personal errand in a van owned by her employer and insured by State Farm. Around midnight on July 10, 2006, she pulled that van onto the shoulder of I-495. For reasons unknown...
