The respondent-appellant, Nicholas D. Barr, appeals from the decision of the Family Court terminating his parental rights over his daughter, Nancy.1 Barr raises three arguments on appeal. First, he contends that the Family Court erred in finding that he intentionally abandoned Nancy.
