The defendant-appellant, Ramon Sanabria, appeals from the Superior Court's final judgment of conviction after a jury found Sanabria guilty of Burglary in the Second Degree. On appeal, Sanabria argues that the trial court abused its discretion when it admitted into evidence, through the testimony of a police officer, third-party statements made by a dispatcher.
