Nancy Showell and Randy Taylor appeal from a Family Court order terminating their parental rights in their two children. On appeal, these parents argue that the Division of Family Services failed to serve them with notice of the termination hearing and that the Family Court therefore lacked jurisdiction to terminate their parental rights.
