Plaintiff-Appellant Dennis Reid appeals from the Court of Chancery's dismissal of his complaint against Defendant-Appellees on grounds that it was barred by the applicable statute of limitations and by laches. Reid makes two arguments on appeal. First, he contends that his claim is preserved by the Delaware Savings Statute.1 Second, he contends that his claim is not barred by laches.
