JACOBS, Justice:

Kevin Jenkins, the defendant below, appeals from the Superior Court's denial of a motion to suppress evidence stemming from a search of the car that Jenkins was driving, and also from a later strip search. Jenkins claims that the Superior Court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence, because the Seaford police violated his right to protection from unreasonable searches and seizures guaranteed by the United States and Delaware Constitutions...
