A Superior Court jury found defendant Kevin Hardy guilty of Rape First Degree, Unlawful Imprisonment First Degree, and Aggravated Menacing. Hardy appeals those convictions because he contends that the State engaged in prosecutorial misconduct. Hardy did not object to the alleged prosecutorial misconduct at trial.
