Wayne O. Revel, Jr. ("Revel"), was indicted for charges resulting from a bank robbery and an attempted bank robbery in New Castle County. He was also indicted for charges resulting from a bank robbery in Kent County. The State subsequently reindicted Revel in order to consolidate both cases. The resulting charges were: two counts of Robbery; one count of Attempted Robbery in the Second Degree; and two counts of Wearing a Disguise During the Commission...
