The defendant-appellant, Cindy Robinson, also known as Cindy Bransfield, was found guilty by a Superior Court jury of four counts of Unlawfully Obtaining a Controlled Substance and two counts of Conspiracy in the Second Degree. On the four counts of unlawfully obtaining a controlled substance, she was sentenced to a total of six years of Level V incarceration, to be suspended for a total of one year of concurrent Level II probation.
