This matter comes before us upon the report and recommendation of the Board on Professional Responsibility ("Board"). The Board found that respondent Sandy V. Lee committed intentional misappropriation by negotiating a check without the authorization or endorsement of one of the named payees and taking his fee from the proceeds. The Board has unanimously recommended to this court that respondent be disbarred based upon this intentional misappropriation...
