After a jury trial, appellant was convicted of several crimes attributable to a robbery at the intersection of Connecticut Avenue and K Street, N.W.1 He appeals only from his conviction for felony assault.2 During the robbery, the victim, Caroline Roth, suffered injuries to her head and hand.
