Petitioner Aaron Johnson seeks review of a Final Order concluding that he was discharged by respondent So Others Might Eat, Inc., ("SOME") for gross misconduct.1 Because SOME failed to establish any nexus between petitioner's conduct and his employment with SOME, we conclude that petitioner's conduct did not amount to gross or simple misconduct.
