Following an evidentiary hearing, the Circuit Court for Arlington County, Virginia, found, by clear and convincing evidence, that respondent had violated Rules 1.4(b) and (c), Rule 1.8(e), and Rules 8.4(b) and (c) of the Virginia Rules of Professional Conduct.
