Elliot Heath appeals his convictions for armed first-degree pre-meditated murder, armed assault with intent to kill, and associated weapons offenses. He primarily contends that the trial court unconstitutionally deprived him of a meaningful opportunity to present a complete defense when it erroneously excluded expert testimony he sought to present on the subject of eyewitness identification.
