Vivek Kumar appeals the rulings of the trial court dismissing his negligent or fraudulent misrepresentation and his race or national origin discrimination claims against the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority ("WASA") and Michael Carter, his supervisor. On the day of trial, the trial court dismissed Kumar's negligent or fraudulent misrepresentation claim after granting appellees motion in limine to exclude certain evidence...
