PER CURIAM:

At the conclusion of a non-jury trial, Jermaine Jackson was convicted of criminal neglect of a vulnerable adult, in violation of D.C.Code § 22-934 (2009 Supp.). He challenges the legal sufficiency of the evidence. Viewing the facts in the light most favorable to the government, we find that there was sufficient evidence to support his conviction and affirm.
