The Family Court of the Superior Court ordered the termination of appellant E.L.'s parental rights in her son D.A. Seven months later, E.L. moved for reconsideration of that order. A magistrate judge of the Superior Court denied that motion. E.L. then moved for review of the order denying her motion for reconsideration, and that motion was in turn denied by a Superior Court judge.
