Appellant Earnest Lee Hobley challenges the Superior Court's order granting summary judgment in favor of appellee, S. Howard Woodson, III, in appellant's suit against Woodson for legal malpractice, which the court construed broadly as presenting claims for both malpractice and breach of contract.
