Appellant Kathleen Barrett sued the law firm of Covington & Burling, alleging that it had denied reasonable accommodations for her medical condition, subjected her to a hostile work environment, and terminated her employment, all in violation of the District of Columbia Human Rights Act. D.C.Code § 2-1402.11 (2001). The trial court granted summary judgment in Covington's favor, and this appeal followed. We affirm in large part, but...
