Appellant was charged by information with a single count of possession of drug paraphernalia D.C.Code § 48-1103(a) (2001). After conducting an evidentiary hearing, the trial court denied appellant's motion to suppress the seizure of the drug paraphernalia at issue. Appellant then entered a conditional guilty plea to the information, thereby preserving her right to appeal the denial of the suppression...
