Truck Insurance Exchange ("TIE" or the "insurer") contracted to indemnify Adolph Coors Company and Coors Brewing Company (collectively, "Coors" or the "insured") for damages the insured had to pay "because of bodily injury caused by an occurrence to which this insurance applies" during the policy coverage periods.
