Appellant Paul Clemencia1 appeals the Superior Court's denial of his motion to vacate the default judgment entered against him in a personal injury action arising out of a vehicle collision in which he rear-ended the automobile of appellee Camay Mitchell. We affirm the trial court's ruling.
