Appellant, Latrel L. Gilchrist, appeals his multiple convictions pertaining to the murder of Bernard Davis, and his single conviction relating to the murder of a witness who saw the fatal shooting of Mr. Davis.1 He claims that the trial court's application of our decision in Laumer v. United States,2 concerning a declaration against penal interest, constituted reversible error...
