This certified appeal requires us to consider whether alleged instances of impropriety during the prosecutor's closing argument deprived the defendant, Jose Diego Gonzalez, of his federal constitutional rights to present a closing argument under the sixth amendment, and his fourteenth amendment due process right to a fair trial.
