Richard LANGSTON v. COMMISSIONER OF CORRECTION.

Appellate Court of Connecticut.

Officially released October 23, 2018.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Robert L. O'Brien , with whom, on the brief, was Christopher Y. Duby , North Haven, for the appellant (petitioner).

The petitioner, Richard Langston, appeals from the dismissal of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus as untimely under General Statutes § 52-470 (e).
