The defendant, Tina Flowers, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered following a jury trial, of larceny in the fifth degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-119 and 53a-125a (a). Also, the jury found the defendant to be a persistent larceny offender under General Statutes § 53a-40 (e).
