The plaintiff, Karen Delahunty, appeals from the judgment of the trial court awarding her $100 in nominal damages for trespass and awarding the defendants, Agnes Targonski and Kizyszlof Targonski, an easement by estoppel. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that she was denied her state constitutional right to a trial by jury.
