The defendant, Robert Perugini, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of assault in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-60 (a)(1). On appeal, the defendant claims that there is insufficient evidence to sustain the jury's verdict. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
