The defendant, Sheila Davalloo, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a jury trial, of murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54a. The defendant claims that (1) in violation of the marital communications privilege, the court improperly permitted Paul Christos, her husband at the time of the events in question, to testify as to conversations she had had with him, (2) the court improperly permitted the state to present evidence...
