In this habeas corpus action, the petitioner, Walter Hinds, appeals from the judgment dismissing the second count of his petition. In support, the petitioner claims that the habeas court incorrectly determined that the cumulative effect of the trial court's alleged errors in his underlying criminal trial did not deprive him of a fair trial.
