The defendant, Alvin Slaughter, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a trial to the court, of two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell in violation of General Statutes §§ 21a-278 (a) and 21a-277 (a), possession of marijuana with intent to sell in violation of General Statutes § 21a-277 (b), and possession of an amphetamine-type substance with intent to sell in violation of § 21a-278 (b).
