GRUENDEL, J.

The petitioner, Julio Rodriguez, appeals from the judgment of the habeas court denying his amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus. He claims that the court improperly concluded that he had not established that his trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance. We affirm the judgment of the habeas court.
