The defendant, Marash Gojcaj, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered after a trial to a jury, of murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54a (a). On appeal, the defendant claims that the trial court improperly (1) denied his motion to dismiss the charge for lack of territorial jurisdiction, (2) denied his motion to suppress certain security system records obtained by a warrantless search, (3) admitted these security system records...
