BISHOP, J.

The defendant, Jonathan Asaro, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered after a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff, Alzira Gois. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court erroneously: (1) failed to preclude evidence at trial concerning post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as well as references to a traumatic brain injury (TBI) in the plaintiff's medical records; and (2) denied the defendant's motion for remittitur.
