In this appeal from the habeas court's denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus, the petitioner argues that the guilty pleas he entered for various charges resulting from sexual misconduct with minors were not knowing and voluntary because his pretrial counsel, the sentencing judge, and the prosecutor failed to apprise him properly of the terms of the plea agreement. We disagree and affirm the judgment of the habeas court.
