The defendant, Christopher Lisboa, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a trial to a three judge court, of conviction of murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54a and assault in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-59 (a)(1).1 On appeal, the defendant claims that the evidence was insufficient to sustain his conviction.
