The plaintiff, Richard Russell, appeals from the summary judgment rendered in favor of the defendant Mitchell Property Group, LLC.1 On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly concluded that his action was barred by the applicable statute of limitations, General Statutes § 52-584,2 and could not be saved by General Statutes § 52-593.3
