PER CURIAM.

The petitioner, Ian Wright, appeals following the denial of his petition for certification to appeal from the judgment of the habeas court, Newson, J., denying his second petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, the petitioner claims that the court erred by dismissing counts two and three of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. We dismiss the appeal.
