The plaintiff, Compassionate Care, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the defendant, The Travelers Indemnity Company. The plaintiff filed a two count complaint in which it sought, as to the first count, a declaratory judgment that the defendant is legally obligated to provide the plaintiff with a workers' compensation insurance policy for an estimated annual premium of $1069 and that the plaintiff is not responsible...
